Hi, I’m Anita, and I’m your perfect trainer!
I am a Midwife and Certified Pregnancy and Postnatal Fitness Trainer and an accredited Safe Return to Exercise Trainer with Body Beyond Baby. Also, a proud owner and founder of Fit For 2. I have all the essentials you need and can safely look after you as I focus on strengthening you from the inside out. Pelvic floor and TA activation and healing abdominal separation correctly are most important, and then building up your energy, toning and supporting your mental health and wellbeing with a strong community of like-minded women like you.
